Clovis West senior and standout football linebacker was honored today with a surprise announcement that he was awarded the Butkus Award. The award is given to the top high school linebacker in the country. Matt Butkus came and presented him with the award while his dad, Pro Football Hall of Fame linebacker, Dick Butkus, spoke with him over speaker phone in a room filled with teammates, staff, and family.
